Every time there's a debate surrounding resistance bands, people question their effectiveness.

There are different resistance bands to fit your needs, whether its bodybuilding, or yoga.

"Can I build muscle using resistance bands?" I don't know many times I've been asked that question. The answer s of course, yes. But that's not the point of this discussion.

I want to share with you exercises that are an absolute must if you wish to gain strength, lose fat, build muscle.


The squat one of the great, timeless compound exercises you want to incorporate into your training. Squats are considered a vital exercise for increasing the strength and size of the legs and buttocks, as well as developing core strength.


Almost everyone I come across wants a bigger, stronger chest. My favourite exercise is resistance bands pushup.

Shoulder Press

Want swimmer's shoulder; this is an exercise to consider strongly.

Back Row

Back row is an excellent exercise for your back.  It is a good exercise for increasing strength and size.
