What are the Delivery Options?
Free Courier Delivery in Johannesburg and Pretoria
Delivered to your door (work or home) by our courier company at no extra cost (for orders above R699.90 Johannesburg and Pretoria, R799.90 for the rest of the country).
Our couriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes, please provide a physical street address, thank you.
All parcels can be tracked online. Once the order has been processed you will receive a link to track the parcel.
Please note that 6 pm is our cut-off time: if ordered before 6 pm Monday-Friday, your order is usually delivered the next working day. If ordered after 6 pm, your order is usually delivered within 2 working days.
We do not process orders over the weekend or on public holidays. Delivery takes place Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Free Post Office Shipping (areas other than Johannesburg and Pretoria)
Flat rate: R 99.95
Our Free Post Office Shipping is handled by the Post Office, Counter to Counter. So you can collect your parcel at your convenience.
All parcels can be tracked online. Once the order has been processed you will receive a link to track the parcel.
Parcels can usually be collected within 5 - 7 working days.
The Collection Notification by the Post Office may only be in your letterbox a few days after the parcel has arrived at the Post Office.
