HIIT Weighted skipping rope workout

Every recipe or workout blog always has a preceding story about how they came about it..."Years ago, when I was backpacking through western Europe, I was just outside Barcelona hiking in the foothills of Mount Tibidabo..."? Ya, we're not going to do that.
There's a HIIT weighted skipping rope for you to archive.
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, then proceed immediately to the next one. Rest 1 minute after each round.
If you want to increase the intensity, perform the skips with our kinetic bands.
Repeat 3-5 times:
- Basic skips
- Jumping jacks skip
- Alternating hop skip
- High knee hop skip (left leg)
- High knee hop skip (right leg)
- Alternating High knees double-hop skip
- Alternating High knees skip
