Equipment: kinetic bands and befit belt
- Squat and punch 45sec
- Plyo lunges 45 sec
- Burpees with punches 45 sec
- Mountain climbers with push up 45 sec
- Side plank knee to elbow 30 sec (each side)
(rest 30 sec in between exercises, repeat set 5 times and rest 1 min between sets)
