The adjustable barbell is a full-body strength system that adjusts from 3 to 20kg using our quick interchangeable plates. Rapidly switch from one exercise to the next as you perform various barbell exercises. This space-efficient design replaces up to 7 barbells in one compact system (3, 5, 7, 9, 13, 15, 18, 20 kg.) and is upgradable to 33 kg.

Easily switch between 7 weights (3, 5, 7, 9, 13, 15, 18, 20 kg.) and perform full-body exercises with the barbell. Upgradable to 33 kilograms by adding extra two sets of 5kg plates.
